In order to meet the needs of its rapidly growing Car Wash Chemical Sales division, Ver-Tech Labs has competed its second plant expansion and manufacturing automation project in the last two years.
Ver-tech Labs has added 12,000 ft2 of finished goods and raw material warehousing space and bulk storage in its 72,000 ft2 manufacturing facility.
In addition to the expansion of space, Ver-tech Labs has added two automated liquid filling lines, one for drums and one for smaller containers(2 oz. to 1 gallon), as well as an automated capper. This additional capacity will allow Ver-tech Labs to better serve its growing customer demands.
