The New SKU Request form is used to request a current product in a size not currently offered. A request for a new SKU requires a justification such as:

• “Customer can not use or store 30s and 55s. Must have 15s. Customer will purchase approximately $_____ or _____ pallets monthly.”
• “Customer would prefer to use 55s. Customer will purchase approximately $_____ or _____ pallets monthly.”

Prior to submitting a new SKU request, you may want to discuss your request with other team members to determine if there is a significant number of customers desiring a product size not currently offered.

Once your request is submitted, the internal staff will review, calculate costs and present for approval to the CEO. You may be requested to provide additional information and or justification.

If your request is approved, you will be informed and the SKU will be put into production.
