The New Product Request Form is to be filled out by the field representative. New product can be a modification of a current VTL product or an innovative product. The economic return of a new product will be a significant consideration for approval. All required entries must be completed to submit the form.

Once the form is submitted to the internal staff, a review will be completed by the New Product Committee. Your submission may be returned to you with a request for further information or clarification.

If additional information is not required, one of the following actions will occur:

Request is accepted
Request is not accepted
Request is accepted with modifications

The requestor will receive an email once the internal staff review has been completed.

The internal staff will forward an accepted request to the CEO for approval. Product development will be scheduled only for approved requests.
