Double Barrel is our newest heavy duty MULTI-PURPOSE HEAVY DUTY ALKALINE DETERGENT/DEGREASER. Double Barrel is an excellent new product with lots of application potential. Double Barrel is reclaim compatible and uses our unique Total Road Film Removal technology.
Application #1. Prep Gun Soap
Double Barrel was developed by Ver-tech Labs field engineers in the St. Louis area as a prep gun soap in touchless tunnels. It formulation is based on the optimum combination of Black Knight, our best-selling product, and Jolt, our detergent booster for prepping cars. Double Barrel can be used at 400-500:1 for prepping cars.
Application #2. Touchless Presoak
Double Barrel can be used as a touchless higher foaming presoak. The higher level of detergency will be particularly helpful during the difficult cleaning conditions in the fall and spring. Some of our customer like a higher level of foam and Double Barrel will provide it.
Application #3. Foaming Friction Presoak
Double Barrel can be used as a Step 1 presoak in friction tunnels. Double Barrel provides exceptional cleaning, good hard water tolerance and a good foam show.
Application #4. Colored Foaming Friction Presoak
A great opportunity to put on a show! You could convert a friction presoak to a foaming arch with K nozzles and then put on a color show by dual injecting one of the 6 Ver-tints color additives.
