This week we had the opportunity to take part in the Leadership Worth Following Conference in Denver, Colorado. Leadership Worth Following (LWF) is a forward-thinking program with the vision of enhancing the car wash industry through individual support and mentorship. Reaching out to the community of carwash operators through Facebook and Clubhouse – they are encouraging individuals to continually improve and share ideas about carwash management.
As the pace of new ground up construction of wash sites (costing an average of $3 million each) increases – the need for employees at all levels is constant. Running a car wash is a complex job. Owners and operators are managing personnel, equipment, chemicals and marketing on a relatively lean staff. We are proud to support an organization dedicated to improving management and work skills within the carwashing industry and beyond.
