On November 11, car washes participating in Grace for Vets offered free washes to veterans and service members. The Grace for Vets program is one way our industry says thank you on Veterans Day to the men and women who have served our country in so many ways.
This year at Ship Shape Car Wash in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, over 75 veterans received free car washes. Ver-tech Labs sales representative, Jon Bowe, took a few photos of the participating veterans and we chose the photo below as our winning candid shot for this year. It seemed appropriate that veterans representing the Navy and Marines would be in front of the Ship Shape ship wheel. The two veterans also represent the intent of Grace for Vet to thank those who have served in the past and in the present.
