- Lead times for orders are 3-5 business days, although in most cases orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving.
- Shipping freight policies vary depending on quantity ordered.
- Orders of $4,000+ = FREE freight.
- Orders of $2,000 – $3,999 = customer pays 50% of the freight cost.
- Orders of $1,999 or less = customer pays full freight.
- Best practice to save on shipping is:
- Ordering at least 1x/month through your Ver-tech chemical representative.
- Filling the pallet with your order.
- Winter shipping conditions may affect transit times.
- Due to temperatures there may be times where carriers will NOT pick up liquid products during extreme temperatures.
- Communicate with your chemical rep and order with plenty of lead time during the winter months.
- Ver-tech offers a variety of ways to pay for invoices.
- Customers can be set up to pay by terms based upon approval.
- Customers can process payments online through our portal or mail in payment based upon customers preference.
- If paying online, you can visit our online portal which can be accessed from our website about page.
- You can process payment with bank or credit card information.
- If interested you can customize your payment options to automatically pay on date an invoice is process, on the date an invoice is due or to be paid on a certain day of the month.

- When you are ready to place an additional product order you can reach out to your chemical representative.
- Orders are sent in by your chemical representative to our customer service team.
- Once an order is placed in our system a confirmation email will be sent to the appropriate parties.
- It is important to double check the order confirmation when received and ensure if any corrections need to be made that you contact our customer service or your sales rep right away.
- A Ver-tech chemical representative is your partner when it comes to car washing.
- Your chemical rep is responsible for scheduling on-site visits at the frequency that best fits your wash.
- Order chemicals with the assistance of your chemical rep.
- Communicating with your rep is EASY, call, text, email and/or videoconference between visits if needed.
- Your chemical rep can also help you connect with our additional team members for training, marketing, lab resources and other consultative resources.
- You and your chemical representative will determine the products needed for installation.
- Prior to installation, you will be responsible for ensuring all dispensing equipment is in good working order.
- Chemical installation date will be set on an agreed upon date that works for both the site, the rep and shipping lead times.
- Chemicals will generally be shipped direct to the site.
- Products will be replaced on site and your rep will work on chemical adjustments and volumetrics for each product.
- You and your staff will be briefed on products, settings and where they can find safety data sheets.
- The Ver-tech chemical representative will schedule a follow up visit with you.

- You will be assigned a specific chemical representative who will schedule a phone call or pre-trial visit to your wash.
- The initial call and/or pre-trial visit is to understand your car wash, your goals, and if a chemical trial is the best option.
- Based upon the pre-trial visit, the chemical representative will discuss timing and duration of a chemical trial with you.
- Products for the chemical trial will be shipped to your site or delivered by your chemical representative.
- The Ver-tech chemical representative will install trial chemicals and discuss next steps.
