Direct Freight (LTL) Shipping
- Standard freight coverage is based on your order value.
- Extra-Services (e.g., residential delivery, appointments, limited access, expedited requests) are billed to the customer when applicable.
- Non-Chemical Items (equipment, sales tax, etc.) do not count towards your freight minimum.

- WINTER SHIPPING During the winter months (typically Nov – Mar), products may reach their freezing point in transit and could become slushy or even arrive frozen. This physical change can cause raw materials to become separated and fall out of solution. Refer to our Freeze-Thaw Stability chart for the list of products that may pose problems when frozen/thawed.
Ground Shipping (Online Store Orders)
- Primary Carrier: Products typically ship via FedEx within the contiguous United States.
- Large Containers: For containers larger than 5-gallons, shipping rates are weight-based and set by FedEx or another LTL carrier.
- Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous ship to commercial/business locations only. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Tracking & timing: Delivery times vary by product and destination. Your estimated delivery window will be available via tracking once your order ships.

FAQ’s on Shipping
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm CST. Ver-tech Labs typically has Direct Pallet orders prepped and ready for shipment in 3 Days or less. Orders are processed and typically shipped the following business day for all small store orders. You will receive a tracking number via email after the shipment has been picked up from our facility. Use the tracking link for all updated shipping information.

4×1 gallons case = 36/pallet
5-gallons = 48/pallet
15-gallons = 9 drums
30-gallons = 5 drums
55-gallons = 4 drums

Orders can be tracked by using the link provided by the shipping carrier once the order has been picked up from our location.
Product Returns
- Eligible returns: unopened, unused chemicals can be returned within 30-days of purchase.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If you receive an unopened, unused product in error, we’ll issue a full refund including your shipping cost (no restocking fee).
- Opened or used chemicals are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are processed promptly after inspection has been completed by our Technical Department.
Equipment
Foaming Units
- Ver-tech Labs will replace a foamer unit if there is a manufacturing or material defect. Item must be returned to Ver-tech Labs for inspection. If deemed defective a new foamer, less the shipping charges will be sent out.
- Ver-tech Labs will NOT refund or replace an item if the failure occurred due to normal wear and tear, abuse, or chemical misuse.
- If the purchaser is returning an unused foamer, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Injectors
- Most injectors and parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Ver-tech Labs will replace items due to manufacturing or material defects.
- Please contact our on call sales representative (877-866-9742 #5) if you believe your item is defective.
