Cloth and soft surfaces in a carwash tunnel are designed for gentle yet effective cleaning of vehicles.  Made from durable, high-quality materials, they safely remove dirt and grime without scratching or damaging surfaces - as long as they remain clean.  MAINTAIN Rags to Wraps is a specially formulated solution designed for all soft surfaces in a tunnel and carwash setting.  It penetrates deep into the cloth to effectively lift and remove unwanted soils, allowing them to be easily washed away.  The result is clean, refreshed cloth, ready for continued use and ensuring scratch-free washing.

  • Wraps & Curtains
    • 15-20 : 1
    • Foam onto surface using a pump up foamer, HydroFoamer, Foam Cannon
    • Let product dwell for at least 5-10 minutes
    • Rinse with high pressure
  • Cloth Dryers
    • 100 : 1
    • Moisten the cloth dryer with water
    • Apply MT100
    • Allow dryer to spin on medium for 1-2 minutes, then a low setting for 1-2 minutes
    • Rinse thoroughly
    • Set to spin cycle to dry overnight
  • Drying Towels & Rags
    • Use 2 oz. / 20 lbs. load
    • Recommended to use hot water for rinsing
