We always look forward to the annual Car Wash Show, even if it’s a lot of preparation work ahead of time. It was wonderful seeing our customers who were able to attend, getting most of our sales team out and having our chemists in the booth. Next year the Car Wash Show will be in Nashville and we hope to see many of you at the Music City Center!
Ver-tech Labs focuses on cleaning better and saving water. Our new XV Line is formulated for optimal performance with reclaim systems. Droughts and the rising cost of water will require car wash owners to choose their chemical products carefully. The XV Line allows you to clean better with less water.
Our technical director, Jami Sloan (R) and chemist Scott Hommerding (L) set up a simple system demonstrating what happens to your reclaim system when you use non-reclaim compatible products. Using Ver-tech Labs reclaim compatible products will keep your system running and clear. Non-reclaim compatible products will impair the operation of the system.

At Ver-tech Labs we are always looking for younger talent. Jami Sloan, David Vertin and Ryan Kummer are some of the millennials we have on our team to help us stay relevant in the changing times. They are the future of the car washing industry.

2015 Car Wash Show – finding out how to clean better with Ver-tech Labs
One of our greatest strengths is the depth of our professional carwashing industry experience. Two of our senior industry experts are Brian Chipman and Kent Nygren.
Tony Vertin, CEO for Ver-tech Labs and vehicle washing industry expert could often be seen in the booth and around the exhibit floor. Tony’s expertise includes road salt corrosion prevention, reclaim compatible products and chemical product development.
However, our favorite activity of the Car Wash Show is our Ver-tech Labs Hospitality event. It’s a great way for our staff and customers to connect informally with each other and learn different ways owner-operators are using Ver-tech Labs products. The hospitality event was suggested to us a few years ago by Chuck Tonn of Miracle Car Wash. Chuck asked Tony about sponsoring an event – “….back in the day, we had the opportunity to get together as car wash owner-operators to talk about what’s really going on without the BS.” We listen to our customers. There’s a lot of carwash talk going on…and maybe a little about the NFL draft and who’s going where on the Vegas strip…but it’s great to see peers networking. We actually hear a lot of “wouldn’t it be great if…” ideas and we get honest feedback on what’s working. Ver-tech Labs customers are smart, savvy and really wonderful people.

The Westgate Resort did a nice catering job for our event. This year’s menu included cold shrimp on ice, smoked chicken quesadilla, mini beef wellington, spicy chicken drumettes, veggie potstickers, cheese platter and an open bar.
We hope to see our customers and industry friends for some more fun in Nashville next May!
